TATTOO DEPOSIT 
Deposits are taken prior to booking appointments to ensure the artist receives an income for the time they have set aside for your project. In the event you change your mind about getting your tattoo, you don’t show up for your appointment or you reschedule at the last minute,  your Artist does not make an income for the time they scheduled for you unless a deposit is received.
Your artist is committed to your tattoo. Your depsoit shows that you are also committed to your tattoo.
For these reasons  please respect our policies.

**Please notify your artist when you have made your deposit!
**Before making your tattoo deposit, your artist sor studio staff likely informed you of the amount needed to secure your tattoo appointment with them. Please make the deposit for the same amount that was requested. 
**Your deposit will be held with the studio (not with your artist) and will be applied toward the final session of your tattoo. This way you do not need to make a new deposit every time you make an appointment for your tattoo. 
For example: if you make a deposit for your tattoo that will require 3 separate appointments to complete, your deposit paid today will act as appointment security for all 3 sessions and the value will be applied to the cost for your final session. 
**Tattoo deposits can be purchased in studio, by e-transfer to copperkrakentattoo@gmail.com  or here in our online store. 
**Tattoo deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable and hold no cash value. They are to be used for tattoo appointments only.

DEPOSIT POLICIES

 
All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable and hold no cash value.
Deposits are to be used for  tattoo appointments with the artist you have selected. 
DEPOSITS ARE FORFEITED IF:
-you change your mind about getting a tattoo and the project is cancelled. Cancelling a respective appointment without rescheduling to a later date will forfeit the deposit.
– you do not attend your appointment (aka NO SHOW) or if you are 20 min+ late for your appointment without any communication. If you are running late please contact us by phone for the quickest response or message your artist directly through the method you have been communicating. 
-an agreed design that has been consulted on with an artist does not come to fruition for creative, interpersonal or time restraint issues. Your design will be prepared and presented to you based on what you have discussed with your artist.  Last minute changes to your design which result in more than 45min to redraw will result in the use of your deposit. A new deposit will need to be made and a potentially new appointment will need to be booked. 
-72 HOURS notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling appointments. Reschedule by directly contacting your artist. Do not leave messages through the studio staff. 72 hours gives your artist time to fit someone else into their schedule to avoid lost income. 
-You can reschedule up to 2 times. If your appointment is rescheduled a 3rd time, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
